Steve Ellefsen

Steve Ellefsen currently serves as the Director of Product Development at Lennar, overseeing the Architectural department for the largest home builder in the Twin Cities market since February 2018. Responsibilities include managing new product development, implementing best practices, ensuring compliance with building codes, exploring green building measures, and responding to market trends. Prior to this role, Steve held managerial positions at CalAtlantic Homes from January 2005 to February 2018, which included a tenure at Ryland Homes before its merger with Standard Pacific Homes. Earlier experience includes a designer role at Vanman Architects & Builders and as a drafter/designer at CMA. Steve earned a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Minnesota in 2001.
