Josh Holtz Hartke

Josh Holtz Hartke, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in product management and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions and Lender Products at Qualia, Josh has held various roles within the company since February 2020, including Associate Product Manager and Subject Matter Expert. Prior to this, Josh worked as an Independent Consultant, advising startups on business strategies from January 2019 to February 2020, and was a Project Manager at Crossmark Global Investments, Inc., where leadership oversaw stakeholder objectives and project implementation. In earlier roles, Josh served as Head of Equity Trading and Equity Investment Analyst, applying analytical skills to optimize asset allocation and develop investment strategies. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business, complemented by early experience in credit and business analysis during internships.
