Zach Merrill

Zach Merrill is an accomplished sales and management professional currently serving as the Director of Sales at Lennar since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Rausch Coleman Homes from November 2018 to January 2024, where Zach held positions such as Sales Manager, Construction Manager, Sales Professional, and Account Executive across multiple regions. Prior to this, Zach was the Physician Practice Manager at Mercy from April 2017 to December 2018. In terms of education, Zach holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Grand Canyon University and Liberty University, earned between 2018 and 2021, a Bachelor's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Ozark Christian College, and an Associate of Arts degree from Pasco-Hernando State College. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Central High School, obtained in 2011.
