Lindsay Bedard has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lindsay currently holds the position of VP Talent Management & Corporate HR at Lennox International since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Sr Director of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition from September 2019 to November 2021, and as the Human Resources Director for Mission Networks from July 2019 to September 2019. Before joining L3Harris Technologies, Lindsay worked at Harris Corporation as the Human Resources Director for Mission Networks from September 2018 to June 2019, and as the Human Resources Director for Corporate from December 2016 to September 2018.

Earlier in their career, Lindsay worked at Corning Optical Communications in various HR roles. Lindsay served as the HR Manager for Commercial Operations and Global Marketing, OCO from January 2016 to November 2016, responsible for all areas of HR for the Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business Operations teams. Prior to that, Lindsay was the HR Manager for Concord Plant OFC from August 2012 to January 2016, overseeing HR activities for Corning Incorporated's Optical Fiber Plant in Concord, NC. Lindsay also worked as an HR Specialist at Corning, assisting with talent planning, employee development, and implementing HR initiatives from March 2011 to July 2012.

Lindsay started their career at Anheuser-Busch, where they held various roles in the People department. Lindsay served as an Assistant Manager from June 2008 to February 2011, a Supervisor from April 2007 to June 2008, and a Supervisor from January 2006 to April 2007. Prior to that, they interned at Anheuser-Busch in the People department from May 2005 to August 2005.

Before joining Anheuser-Busch, Lindsay had an internship at Delphi, where they worked as an intern in Human Resources from June 2003 to August 2004.

Lindsay Bedard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Lindsay then pursued further education at Michigan State University, where they earned a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources degree from 2003 to 2005. In terms of certifications, Lindsay received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Additionally, they completed the Facilitator Booster: Foster Inclusion and Courage course offered by DDI | Development Dimensions International in August 2021, and the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop in August 2020.
