James Loh

James Loh is an experienced finance executive currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at NTUC Health Co-operative Limited since July 2023. Since July 2017, James has held the position of Vice President and Global COO of the Infrastructure Solutions Group at Lenovo, after previously serving as Vice President & Global CFO of the Data Center Group. Additional board involvement includes membership at Lenovo NetApp since January 2019. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer for Microsoft’s Greater China region and a series of finance leadership positions at Lenovo Group Ltd from 2005 to 2016, including Vice President and CFO for China Geo. James began a career at IBM, where roles included CFO for the Asean/SA region and Head of Sales Operations. Educational qualifications encompass a BBA (Hons) in Finance and Economics from the National University of Singapore, an EMBA from Nanyang Technological University, and professional designations including FCPA from CPA Australia and CFA from the CFA Institute.
