Wojciech Hoffmann

Appointed in December 2021 for the position of Restructuring and Strategic Investments Director and Member of the Management Board. He was the President of the Management Board of Lentex SA from April 2011 to December 2021. He graduated from Romance Philology at the Institute of Romance Philology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and numerous training courses in management, sales and communication. Since May 2009, he has been running his own company - Consulting WH Wojciech Hoffmann, as part of which he provides consulting services on an international scale in the areas of improving the concept of construction hypermarkets and creating a chain of stores, verifying management staff, evaluating and developing a range of products. In 2005–2009 he worked as the Executive Director for Trade and Network Operation and Member of the Board of Directors at Epicentr in Kiev. In the years 1999 - 2005, he worked in Castorama Polska as a Member of the Board of Directors, and previously the position of the Director of a Hypermarket, through the Regional Director, to the Head of the Brico-Depot Project. In the years 1995-1999 he worked at Intermarche, where he went from translator to Sales Director. He is fluent in French and Russian.
