Nima Baharlooie

Nima Baharlooie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nima started their career as a Development Aid Trainee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark in 2011. Nima then worked as an Assistant Attorney and Junior Associate at Plesner in 2012. Nima continued their legal career at Bruun & Hjejle as an Attorney and Associate from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they also pursued their passion for photography and worked as a Freelance Photographer from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff at Capture One. In 2022, they held the position of Head of Strategy and Transformation at Coop Danmark before joining Lenus as the Head of Business Development and Commercial Excellence.

Nima Baharlooie attended Aarhus University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. Nima then enrolled at the University of Copenhagen from 2008 to 2012, completing their Master of Laws degree. In 2009 to 2011, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in International law, Economics, and Management at Copenhagen Business School. Additionally, in 2010, Nima participated in an exchange program at the University of Sydney, focusing on Law and social policy.
