Jeremy Watts

Jeremy Watts is Senior Director, Program Management at LENZ Therapeutics where he brings over a decade’s worth of experience in CDMO, CMO, and CRO environments. As a PMP-certified Biotech professional, he will provide operational leadership, direction, and project support to LENZ Therapeutics. He will carry out the strategic direction of the lead program from its current Phase 3 clinical trial through commercialization by driving the development and implementation of integrated project/program plans, budgets, and dashboards.

Prior to LENZ Therapeutics, he has been involved in many aspects of biopharma, including program and project management, commercial operations, manufacturing, engineering, and validation. Jeremy has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Corporate Program Management; Associate Director – Operations Product Leader; and Associate Director of Program and Project Management, among others. Jeremy Watts received a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
