Dedicated to the art and science of communications, marketing, and branding, Lou is the National Director of Marketing for LEO A DALY. Lou’s marketing background includes training in anthropology, sociology, and qualitative research methodologies. In other words, she has profound observation, analysis, and translation skills. Lou applies her ability to turn insights into action for business development, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and organizational development.

With more than 20 years of experience working as and with C-level executives to shape brands, transform experiences in a built environment and increase market share, Lou continues to place the covert needs of the end user at the heart of her marketing initiatives. Leading a cross-functional team of traditional and digital marketers, creatives, and strategists, Lou helps guide LEO A DALY’s public, private, and Federal market sector messaging and pursuit responses; as well as, elevates the LEO A DALY brand across the competitive market.

Lou is an advisory board member of the Missouri State University Design-Thinking program. Lou’s contributions to thought leadership include both interviews and ghostwriting to FORBES, Entrepreneur, Authority Magazine, Retail Customer Experience, American Express, and more. As an advocate for the HALO Foundation and several local education and food non-profits, Lou is passionate about the future of the youth.
