Katarzyna Zych-Bartlewska

Katarzyna Zych-Bartlewska is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial control and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Controller at LEO Pharma since April 2022, Katarzyna has previously held key roles at Takeda as a Controlling Specialist and at JUUL Labs as a Financial Accounting Subject Matter Expert, where responsibilities included coordinating month-end activities and preparing reports for statutory compliance. Prior to these positions, Katarzyna was a Finance and Accounting Team Leader at Sony Pictures Entertainment, overseeing the accounting process and leading a team, and has also worked at DNV GL and Capgemini Business Services BPO in various accounting roles. Academically, Katarzyna holds postgraduate qualifications in Finance and Accounting from the University of Gdansk, alongside multiple degrees in Information Science and Librarianship from Jagiellonian University and university-level experience in Documentacion in Spain.
