Jeff McLaughlin boasts extensive experience in investigative and correctional roles, serving as an Investigative Specialist at LEO Technologies, LLC since September 2019. Prior to this position, Jeff held various roles at the California Department of Corrections, including Special Agent and Parole Agent II, from July 1998 to September 2019. Jeff's career began at the California Youth Authority-Fred C. Nelles Youth Correctional Facility, where Jeff worked as a Group Supervisor from October 1992 to July 1998. Educationally, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from California State University, Fullerton, from 1988 to 1992 and completed secondary education at Capistrano Valley High School, graduating in 1984.
