Caitlin Romich

Caitlin Deschnow is an experienced Purchasing Administrator at Leola Construction since August 2020, bringing expertise in procurement and supply chain management. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as an Associate at Amazon from July 2017 to February 2020, contributing to team goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Caitlin also served as the Public Relations Chapter Chairman for the Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority from May 2015 to August 2016, overseeing social media outreach for the Epsilon Eta chapter at East Stroudsburg University. Additionally, Caitlin gained leadership experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA in June 2015, where responsibilities included managing children's activities and assisting with program planning. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, awarded in 2017.
