Heather Drummond

Heather Drummond has a diverse range of work experience in HR shared services and operations. Heather has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including Leonard Cheshire Disability, Experian, Nottingham City Council, Coventry City Council, and National Express Group. Heather has managed teams and led initiatives to improve HR analytics, processes, and governance. Heather has also been responsible for HR administration, payroll, recruitment, and employee wellbeing. Throughout their career, they have consistently focused on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction in HR services.

Heather Drummond attended Canterbury Christ Church University from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Shared Services Architect, specializing in Shared Services. Heather also pursued an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at Keele University, as well as a CIPD in Human Resources at the University of Central England.
