Qadirah Monroe

Qadirah Monroe currently serves as a Principal Logistics Analyst at Leonardo DRS, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Qadirah was a Content Developer II at Mastercam, where responsibilities included crafting content across various formats and developing workflow documentation. From November 2018 to February 2023, Qadirah worked at Raytheon Technologies as a Senior Analyst in Engineering Services, focusing on the creation of Technical Manuals and Interactive Electronic Manuals for the THAAD radar system. Earlier experience includes a position as a Writer-Editor at the University of North Alabama College of Education and Human Sciences, where Qadirah composed lesson plans and managed communications with educational stakeholders. Qadirah holds a Master of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing and a Bachelor of Science in English: Professional Writing, both from the University of North Alabama.
