Kateria Mendoza Manzanilla has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kateria began their career as a Treasury Analyst at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they managed cash flow and credit evaluation for clients. Kateria then moved to Mallplaza, where they held various positions, including Regional Accounts Payables Analyst and Accounts Payables, overseeing the purchase cycle and vendor master data. After that, they worked at SOG Consulig tda. as a Project Manager, responsible for project monitoring and coordination. Kateria later joined Grupo M&A as an Accountant Analyst, managing outgoing payments and accounts payable ledger reconciliation. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Accountant at LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG, handling financial transactions and bank reconciliations.

Kateria Mendoza Manzanilla has a diverse education history. In 1996, they enrolled at Universidad de Carabobo and pursued a degree in Contaduria (Contador Auditor), which they completed in 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Kateria Mendoza Manzanilla expanded their knowledge and skills by attending Universidad de Carabobo - CEATE, where they obtained a Diplomado en Finanzas - Mercado de Capitales. This diploma, focusing on the financial market, was completed by 2002. In 2005, they furthered their education by pursuing a Post Grado en Administración de Empresas- Mención Finanzas at Universidad de Carabobo, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, Kateria Mendoza Manzanilla engaged in a short-term program at Duoc UC in 2007, acquiring knowledge in Academia SAP FI.
