David Mejia Aviles

David Mejia Aviles has a strong background in human resources, with experience in both a corporate and manufacturing environment. DAVID served as the Head of HR for LEONI, overseeing the HR operations of two plants in Merida Yucatan. Prior to that, they worked at Grupo Lodemo, where they held various roles including Corporate HR Manager, Head of Compensations and Benefits, and Head of Human Development. Grupo Lodemo is known for its presence in the transportation, storage, distribution, and commercialization of oil and gas, as well as the commercialization of lubricants and automotive and industrial parts.

David Mejia Aviles earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan from 1996 to 2001. DAVID then completed a Master's degree in Strategic Human Capital Management from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Chief Talent Development Officer from Latam Business School.
