Nicoleta Carlugea

Nicoleta Carlugea has extensive experience in human resources management. Nicoleta currently holds the position of Vice President, Global HR Operations at LEONI, a role they have been in since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Global HR Director/Business Partner Operations at LEONI from October 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they served as the Global HR Director/Business Partner for Sales and Operations from February 2021 to September 2021. Nicoleta also held the positions of Head of HR WSD Sites Eastern Europe, Global HR BP Shared Service Hubs from January 2020 to February 2021, and Head of HR WSD Sites Eastern Europe from September 2017 to December 2019, both at LEONI.

Before joining LEONI, Nicoleta gained experience as the Human Resources Director Eastern Europe at DRÄXLMAIER Group from January 2010 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Corporate Human Resources Director at Tiriac Group from September 2006 to June 2009. Nicoleta also worked as the HR & Administration Director at DIEKAT Group from March 2004 to September 2006, and as the Human Resources Manager at Alumil S.A. from December 2003 to March 2004. Nicoleta began their career at SAP as the Human Resources Director from August 2001 to December 2003.

Nicoleta's earliest known position was as the Head of Human Resources Department at TERMOELECTRICA S.A. from January 1989 to August 2001.

Nicoleta Carlugea completed their University Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Academia de Studii Economice din București between 1990 and 1996.
