Torsten Schmeichel

Torsten Schmeichel has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Their most recent role is as the Global Head of Development, Culture & Leadership at LEONI, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Organizational Development at Siemens Healthineers from July 2021 to June 2022. From July 2017 to June 2021, they were the Sr. Expert Organizational Transformation & Change Excellence at BASF Management Consulting. Torsten also worked as the Global Head of People Development at Infineon Technologies from July 2014 to June 2017 and as a Senior Manager for Leadership Excellence & Change Management from September 2011 to June 2014. Torsten began their career as a Consultant in HR Development & Organizational Development at SEDLÁK & PARTNER International Consulting Group from 2009 to 2011. Torsten has also held positions in HR Development at TUI AG - Robinson Club GmbH, ArabellaStarwood Hotels & Resorts, SAP, and Daimler AG.

Torsten Schmeichel completed their education at the University of Koblenz and Landau. From 1997 to 2001, they obtained their 1st State Examination, majoring in teaching. Later, between 2002 and 2006, they pursued a Diploma in HR Development & Organizational Development, focusing on HR Development & Adult Education.
