Ignatius Shaduka

Ignatius Shaduka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and geology. Currently serving as the Stakeholders Environment and Social Development Manager and Country Manager at Lepidico Ltd since January 2022, Ignatius previously held the position of Specialist: Environment at Rossing Uranium Ltd from November 2016 to January 2022. Prior roles include Chief Radiation Physicist at Atomic Energy & RPA and Senior Geologist at the Geological Survey of Namibia. Ignatius has a robust educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Computer Science from the University of Namibia, an Hons in Geology, and an MSc in Hydrogeology from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as a Management Development Programme in Organizational Leadership from Stellenbosch University.
