Mowmita Basak Mow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, social entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Programme Manager for India at Lepra, Mowmita oversees interventions on neglected tropical diseases across multiple states and guides overseas teams in measuring program impact. As co-founder of Ithiki, an ethical brand supporting artisans from minority backgrounds, Mowmita launched the brand on Amazon UK. Previous roles include Project Manager at Personnel Consulting, Researcher at the UK Cabinet Office, and Co-founder & President of the Center for Leadership Assistance & Promotion (CLAP) Foundation. Mowmita has also participated in prestigious fellowships, including the Asia Foundation Development Fellowship and the Laureate Global Fellowship.
