Els Dekker

Els Dekker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They are currently employed as the Manager P&O at LeQuest since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Raeger Autismecentrum from September 2021 to October 2022. They also served as a Maatschappelijk Begeleider at VluchtelingenWerk Zuidwest-Nederland from April 2021 to April 2022.

Els Dekker's education history begins in 1997, when they attended MAVO high school and obtained their Diploma with a focus on the D-niveau. In 2011, Els joined Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, earning a Bachelor of Sociology degree in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Els enrolled at Universiteit van Amsterdam, where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medical Anthropology and Sociology.
