Sandra Alfonso

Sandra Alfonso possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition, learning, and development at Leroy Merlin - España since June 1998. Currently serving as RRHH-Jefa de Proyectos Talento, Sandra leads projects that foster an employer brand culture and talent development in alignment with company growth. Previous roles include collaboration on talent strategy as an RRHH - Técnico de Talento and ensuring HR policy compliance as an HRBP Región. Sandra holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has completed various specialized programs, including a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and an Executive Program in Advanced Human Resource Management at Esade. Additional training includes certifications in gamification in HR and psychological first aid, with ongoing education in coaching conversations at the University of California, Davis.
