Teboho Ratsiane

Teboho Ratsiane has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Teboho started their career at Clicks Group in 1989 as a Relief Manager and later served as a Regional HR Officer and Regional Manager. Teboho then became the General Manager in Retail and Development, responsible for 30 stores in the Developmental Division. From 2000 to 2004, they served as the General Manager in Retail Operations, overseeing 50 stores in the Western Cape and Namibia. Subsequently, they joined Lodge Empower Security as a Director from 2004 to 2005. Teboho then joined Clicks Group again and held the position of General Manager in Retail Operations for the Northern Division and Namibia, managing 75 stores from 2005 to 2015. Teboho further pursued their career at Makwande Energy Trading as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Teboho Ratsiane then worked as a Consultant at Waterberg Petroleum from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Leroy Merlin, where they started as the Head of Department in 2017 and is now the Human Resources Director since January 2020.

Teboho Ratsiane has completed a Certificate Program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Rand Afrikaanse University (RAU). They also obtained a Teaching Diploma from Transvaal College Of Education. Additionally, they have pursued further studies in Labor and Industrial Relations (CPIR) and Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers at Wits Business School.
