Lionel Roberts is a skilled quality assurance professional with extensive experience in testing and CRM integration. Currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at Les Mills International since February 2022, Lionel specializes in Salesforce environments, focusing on regression, enhancement testing, UAT, bug testing, integration, and D365. Prior to this role, Lionel worked as a Senior Test Engineer at POWER IT SERVICES, where responsibilities included Sales Force CRM integration and various testing methodologies such as API, functional, and sanity/smoke testing.
