Guillaume Legay has a wealth of work experience in the food industry. Guillaume began their career in 2013 as a Technician in Food Characterisation at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. In 2015, they moved to Eurosyn as a Sensory Scientist. In 2016, they worked as a Research Engineer at the Food Innovation Laboratory at the University of California, Davis. In 2017, they worked as an Innovation Support Specialist at Nestlé, where they were responsible for projects aiming at generating innovative chilled dairy concepts. Guillaume also worked as a Sensory Scientist at Firmenich in 2017. Since 2019, they have been the Head of New Products Development & Industrialization Team and R&D Projects Manager at Les Nouveaux Fermiers, now known as HappyVore.
Guillaume Legay obtained a Master of Engineering majoring in Food Industry, option Food Research and Development from AgroParisTech between 2013 and 2017. Guillaume also completed an Erasmus at Technological University Dublin in Food Sciences between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a University diploma of technology (UDT) in Biology, option Food and Biological Industries from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a TOEIC 900 certification from ETS Global in 2017.
