Andrés Báez Acosta is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Currently serving as a Lecturer in Marketing at Les Roches Marbella Global Hospitality since October 2020, Andrés has also held significant roles including Digital Marketing & CRM Manager at Audiolís, and CRM Manager at Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts. Andrés has a proven track record in defining and implementing marketing strategies, measuring KPIs, and managing marketing budgets across multiple organizations. With a solid academic foundation that includes degrees in Marketing and ongoing PhD studies, Andrés combines practical expertise with in-depth knowledge in the field of marketing and CRM.
