Xavier Gonet is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Les Roches since February 2021. With previous experience as Restaurant Manager at Al Muntaha in Burj Al Arab, Gonet demonstrated expertise in enhancing service quality and achieving significant recognitions, including the WBP stars 2020 ranking of Al Muntaha as the 48th best restaurant globally. Gonet's roles at Institut Paul Bocuse involved instructing future restaurant managers in Michelin-starred environments while also leading a substantial project for the SIRHA 2017 event, overseeing the opening of multiple dining venues. A background in hospitality management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Institut Lyfe, further solidifies Gonet's leadership in the industry.
