Eric Sylvester

Eric Sylvester is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as VP of HR and Talent at Lessen since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Ashley Furniture Industries as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, managing a recruitment team responsible for approximately 13,000 yearly hires, and at DHL Express as Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, where Eric developed hiring strategies for the region. Eric's earlier career includes a position as HR Consultant at LyondellBasell and various roles at Norfolk Southern Corporation, including Property Manager and Senior Recruiter, where recruitment strategies and community relations were key responsibilities.
