Alessandra Souza

Alessandra Souza serves as Managing Partner at Leste Group since July 2014, bringing extensive experience in finance and investment management. Previously held the position of Partner at Behavior Capital from 2012 to 2013. Alessandra worked as Chief of Staff at the Finance Secretariat from 2009 to 2012 and was a Partner and Equity Portfolio Manager at Paineiras Investimentos in 2007-2008. Earlier roles include Equity Portfolio Manager at Banco Pactual from 1998 to 2007 and Latin America Portfolio Manager and Director at UBS Pactual in 2006-2007. Alessandra holds a Master's degree in Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
