Erick Ochoa

Erick Ochoa has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Erick is currently working as a Software Engineer at Highlight, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member at San Diego Tech Hub since April 2019. Erick also worked as a Full Stack Developer at Zonda from January 2020 to September 2021. Erick has experience in system development as a Systems Developer at Open Source Maker Labs from June 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, Erick has worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Open Source Maker Labs, where they successfully launched a high-altitude payload into near space in a team project in March 2018 and was involved in sensor payload design and aluminum frame fabrication.

Erick Ochoa completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from California State University San Marcos. Erick pursued this degree from 2013 to 2018.
