Jonathan Colón

Jonathan Colón has a diverse work experience in finance and strategy. Jonathan is currently working at Highlight as the Director of Finance & Strategy, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Finance & Strategy at Highlight from September 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Highlight, Jonathan worked at Birchbox as the Global Strategic Finance Manager from March 2021 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as the Finance Manager of Global FP&A at GAN Integrity, where they were responsible for building and maintaining the company's forecasting, operating plan, and budgeting processes. Jonathan also has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Guaranteed Rate and SiteCompli®, where they held various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst.

Jonathan Colón pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rutgers University between 2011 and 2015. Later, they attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business and Information Systems. Additionally, in May 2017, they received a certification in Information Systems Implementation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
