Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Way

Nicholas Fazzini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicholas started their career as a Showroom Representative at A Thru Z Kitchen & Bath in 2012, where they supported sales growth by assisting customers and organizing products. Nicholas then worked as a Touch Screen Technician at Source Communications, LLP before joining the City of Fort Collins in 2013. At the City of Fort Collins, they held multiple roles, including Community Engagement Intern, Clerical Aide, and Lead Day Camp Coordinator. In these positions, they organized and executed activities for children, supervised their safety and enjoyment, and provided exceptional customer service to patrons of recreational facilities.

In 2016, Fazzini joined AcademicWorks as a Client Support Specialist, assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring user satisfaction. Nicholas then advanced to the role of Customer Success Manager, where they managed relationships with 200 clients and developed long-term success plans to drive product adoption.

Fazzini continued their career in the EdTech industry, joining Blackbaud in 2017. Nicholas initially served as a Customer Success Manager, working closely with scholarship management teams to mitigate risks and enhance product usage. Nicholas then became a Higher Education Account Executive, connecting Advancement, Financial Aid, and Finance offices to create efficient scholarship and donor engagement processes. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Enterprise Account Executive, Senior, overseeing the Blackbaud Higher Education portfolio in Illinois and Nebraska and partnering with clients on fundraising and enrollment initiatives.

In 2021, Fazzini joined A Cloud Guru as a Relationship Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with clients. Nicholas then moved to Miro in 2022 as an Enterprise Education Customer Success Manager, focusing on onboarding, migrations, and strategic planning for hybrid work/classroom models. Currently, they hold the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Way, starting in 2023, where they continue to provide customer success support to enterprise clients.

Nicholas Fazzini pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies at Colorado State University from 2011 to 2016.
