Andrew Holt

Andrew Holt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in principal investments and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Principal Investments member at Leucadia National Corporation since September 2019, Andrew specializes in value investments and corporate private equity. Andrew holds positions as Chairman at TISCALI ITALIA SPA and as a Board Member for multiple companies including Tessellis, OpNet SpA, and the Calder Group. Previously, Andrew served as Vice President for Calder Group and as a Director in the Special Situations Group at Ramius LLC.
