Leetam Ho

Leetam Ho is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer 2 at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. since June 2014, Leetam has a proven track record in applying six sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes, particularly in the Transcatheter Heart Valve department. Prior to this, Leetam held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Edwards Lifesciences, focusing on engineering projects that improve cost efficiency and quality. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer 2 at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where responsibilities included technical support for manufacturing, process ownership in significant engineering projects, and customer interface for quality assurance. Leetam began the career as a Training Supervisor at UPS and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah. Further education was pursued at UCLA from 2010 to 2012.
