Aaron Prager

Aaron Prager is a Capital Markets Director at Lev where he executes all phases of the financing process from client origination and relationship management, to financial and market analysis, formulating placement strategy, executing placement, negotiating loan and equity partnership terms, and managing transactions through closing.

Prior to joining Lev, Aaron was a Director in the Debt, Joint Venture and Structured Capital Group at Avison Young in New York City and he has held positions in Real Estate Acquisitions at two private New York City family offices. Aaron earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU, where he graduated With Distinction, and a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Syracuse University.
