Andrew Tilt

Andrew Tilt is the current head of Lev Labs at Lev, a position they have held since July 2021. Previously, they were the associate director and head of capital markets at CasaOne from December 2020 to July 2021. There, they led debt capital markets functions at a San Francisco-based furniture rental fintech. Prior to that, Tilt was an investment associate at Theorem LP from July 2019 to December 2020, where they worked on a hybrid capital markets / partnerships role at a San Francisco-based fintech investing in the marketplace lending space. Andrew also sourced, structured, and syndicated asset based loans, leveraged loans, and DIP loans on Citi’s restructuring-focused debt capital markets desk from June 2013 to April 2017. In September 2017, they became an independent financial consultant for Citigroup Global Markets and held that role until June 2019.

Andrew Tilt's educational career began at St. Paul's School, where they earned their bachelors degree. Andrew then attended Harvard University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Economics.

Andrew Tilt reports to Sammy Greenwall, Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer. They work with Joseph Rauch - Director of Content Marketing, Arianna Paranzino - Director of Performance Marketing. Adam Reiss - Director, Lev Labs, Alex Pagan - Lev Lending, Team Lead report to Andrew Tilt.
