Josh Hargans

National Operations and Area Manager Queensland at Levande

Josh Hargans has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Josh began their career at P&O Resorts in 1998, where they held various positions. Josh then worked at Stamford Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Manager from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the National Client Services Manager at Christie Corporate. In 2004, they joined The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group as a Sales & Marketing Consultant.

In 2007, Hargans transitioned to Regus, where they worked as an Area Operations Manager until 2009. Josh then joined TriCare Aged Care and Retirement Living as a Village Manager and held this position for seven years. In 2016, they moved to Village Retirement Group, where they served as a Village Manager until 2017.

From 2017 to 2021, Hargans worked at Stockland, assuming various roles such as Resort Manager, Core Systems Business Lead - Retirement Living, RL Contract Services Manager - Qld/Vic, and Retirement Living Operations Manager.

Currently, Hargans is employed at Levande, where they initially served as the National Operations Manager from August 2022 to November 2022. Josh is currently working as the National Operations and Area Manager Queensland.

Josh Hargans attended St Stanislaus' College Bathurst from 1986 to 1991. It is unknown if they earned a degree or studied a specific field during this time. From 1992 to 1994, they pursued a degree in business with a major in accounting at Charles Sturt University.
