Paula Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service supervision and nutrition clinical practice. Currently serving as a Supervisora at Leve Saúde since May 2024, Paula previously held the position of Supervisora de atendimento ao cliente at Grupo NotreDame Intermédica from April 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included team supervision, quality monitoring, and productivity reporting.
