Gene Pak, PMP, CLSSGB is an experienced project manager with a career spanning over 13 years. In 2020, they joined Level 10, LLC as a Senior Project Manager, developing Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans tailored to meet the demands of IT technology installations in new store settings for big box retailers in the US and Canada. From 2018-2020, they worked at DataMax Services as a Project Manager 1 & 2, overseeing business technology hardware installation and maintenance projects for national retailers. From 2016-2018, they worked at Paylocity as a Project Manager and Support Specialist, consulting clients on human resource and payroll needs and providing go live technical support on client enterprise benefit platforms, EDI files and other contracted software products. From 2012-2016, they worked at CrossCom National LLC as a Technical Service Representative (Project Manager), Dispatch Coordinator and Project Coordinator, overseeing service accounts and projects, contracting field service technicians, assisting with project scheduling and billing, and taking ownership of a struggling Starbucks drive thru timer project. From 2007-2012, they worked at Alternative Behavior Treatment Centers as a Unit Manager and Residential Counselor, managing operations, staff, programming and finances of unit, providing residential treatment to clients, and training new and current staff members on unit on best practices as shift leader.
Gene Pak holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Gene has also obtained certifications from the Six Sigma Global Institute and the Project Management Institute, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) in November 2020 and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
