Chad Hester

Chad Hester, MLIS, UXC, CPACC, currently serves as the Director of Delivery for Accessibility Services at Level Access, focusing on building a skilled team dedicated to accessibility and community improvement. Previously, Chad held roles including Manager of Accessibility Consulting, where leadership was provided to a team of consultants, and Senior Accessibility Consultant, emphasizing digital asset testing and accessibility issue mitigation. Prior experience includes managing a consulting partnership at Karpster LLC, leading the Design & Accessibility Team at Hobby Lobby, and contributing to several positions in web development, including a Senior Developer role at NIC Inc. Chad's educational background includes a Master of Library and Information Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Studies, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer and Information Sciences.
