Santos Gloria

Santos Gloria currently serves as a Sales Development Specialist at Level Access since March 2024. In addition, Santos has been the Houston Team Lead at Teifke Real Estate since November 2021, managing sales development, recruiting agents, and overseeing customer relations and training. Previously, Santos co-owned Alpha Buyers, successfully growing the company from $0 to $1 million AUM within two years during the Covid-19 pandemic. Santos started a career in real estate as an agent at Abby Realty from July 2018 to December 2021 and worked as an automotive painter at CARMAX INC from April 2011 to January 2019. Santos holds a certificate from the Universal Technical Institute in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician.
