Mike Durkin

Mike Durkin's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Mike is currently working at Level as the Lead Commercial Counsel since October 2022. Before that, they held the position of Commercial Counsel at the same company starting in November 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, Durkin worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, where they started as an Assistant General Counsel and later became the Associate General Counsel and HIPAA Privacy Officer.

Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Brand & Tapply, LLC from October 2014 to June 2016. Durkin also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont from May 2013 to April 2014, assisting the attorneys in various legal operations.

In 2013, Durkin served as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Peter W. Hall at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. During this time, they drafted bench memoranda and summary orders on a range of legal issues.
