Paul Aaron is currently the CEO at Level. Prior to that, they were with Oscar Health from January 2015 to December 2017 as a product specialist. Paul has also worked with Square from January 2010 to December 2015 in a similar capacity. Paul's professional journey started with Ernst & Young in January 2003 where they worked as an analyst before moving on to other companies.

Paul Aaron attended the University of California, Los Angeles for their undergraduate degree. Paul then went on to complete their graduate studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
