Bill Sabram has a diverse work experience in the field of game design and product development. Bill started their career in 1993 as an Exhibit Designer and Computer Animator at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur, where they pioneered 3D visualization and collaborated with the design department to win proposals.
Bill then joined Hasbro Games in 1996 as a Senior Game Designer, where they created exciting and profitable games while ensuring they met schedule, marketing, and safety requirements.
In 2003, Bill worked as a Senior Product Designer at MAYA Design, applying game design principles to Eaton's Home Heartbeat Home Monitoring System and conducting user research.
From 2010 to 2016, Bill served as the Lead Game Designer at MeYou Health, where they envisioned and built a discovery group that led to new well-being app opportunities.
In 2017, they worked as a contract game designer at Autodesk before joining as a full-time remote Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) employee in 2018. As a Principal Learning Designer, Bill applied game design and social behavior change theory to create command usage prototypes and engagement experiments for employees and students.
Since 2021, Bill has been working at Level Ex, first as a Game Director and currently as a Principal Game Designer.
Throughout their career, Bill has collaborated with various companies including Autodesk, MeYou Health, Hasbro Games, and others. Bill has proven expertise in rapid prototype development, playtesting, user research, and creating transformative user experiences.
Bill Sabram obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in AR & VR Developer Program from XR Terra.
