Anjannette Orta

Anjannette Orta's work experience began in 2005 as a Leasing Consultant at Greystar. Anjannette then worked as an Assistant Manager at Camden Property Trust from December 2006 to February 2008. From March 2008 to June 2010, they served as a Community Manager at Laramar Group.

Starting in July 2010, Orta joined MEB Management Services as a Multifamily Leasing Central Director. During their time there, they achieved various accomplishments, such as increasing overall statistics by 15% and maintaining MEB published Craig's Ads at 98% while competitors were between 60-70%. Anjannette also managed a team of 10 employees and was responsible for maintaining department invoices and billing. Orta also implemented new services to drive additional income and built relationships with site managers. Anjannette worked at MEB Management Services until October 2012.

Orta then joined MEB Management Services & Synergy Solutions Partnership, which later became Live Response Solutions (LRS), as the Co-Founder & Director of Implementation from November 2012 to March 2022. LRS is a full-service bilingual contact center and lead management solution for the multifamily and single-family housing industries.

In December 2014, they took on the role of MaxLeases Manager of Client Services at RentPath, where they tracked leads and managed the integration of MaxLeases with various property management systems. In January 2019, they became a Product Manager, Media Center at RentPath, where they blended technology skills, Scrum experience, and a marketing orientation to evolve product strategy. Orta managed concept-to-launch development for digital communications SaaS for multifamily management companies and owners. Anjannette left RentPath in March 2022.

Currently, Orta is an Implementation Manager at Level Home Inc., specifically in the Dwelo department. Level Home is a leading provider of smart home technology for multifamily properties. The company helps owners and developers transform properties with smart technology to provide a seamless experience for property managers and residents. Orta's role involves fitting communities with smart tech that gives residents control of access, climate, lighting, and more across communal and private spaces. Anjannette started their position at Level Home Inc. in June 2022.

Anjannette Orta has obtained an Associates in Medical Occupation from The Bryman School of Arizona, specializing in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Anjannette also completed an Associates degree in Hematology Residency Program from Biomat Phlebotomy. Additionally, Anjannette Orta earned an Associates degree in Occupational Studies from Imperial Valley College. In terms of additional certifications, they attained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in August 2022.
