Tamara Buie has over 25 years of experience in human resources and executive leadership roles. Tamara is currently the Chief People Officer at Level Legal, where they lead the company's people strategy and initiatives. Prior to joining Level Legal, Tamara served as the VP of Human Resources at Consilio LLC, where they played a key role in shaping the organization's HR practices. Tamara also held the position of VP of Human Resources at DiscoverReady for five years, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations. Tamara has a strong background in strategic people management, as evidenced by their previous roles as President at TFB Human Capital Solutions and SVP of Human Resources at Titanium Holdings. Tamara also worked at Wells Fargo as the AVP of Human Resources, where they partnered with business leaders and provided coaching to senior executives. Tamara's career began at Syncor International, where they worked as a Project Manager and Employee Relations specialist. Tamara Buie, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, completing it from 1989 to 1991.
