Kristin McClary (DiCostanza), MBA, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as AVP, HR Business Partner at First Merchants Corporation since April 2022. With a career spanning over a decade at Level One Bank, Kristin has held several positions including AVP - Senior HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Kristin worked as a Human Resources Officer at Fidelity Bank (now part of Huntington Bank) from June 2004 to June 2012. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Michigan State University and two MBA degrees in Human Resources and Human Resources Development from Eastern Michigan University.
