Cassie Hampton

Cassie Hampton is currently the Manager of Customer Success SMB Accounts at Levelset. Cassie has over five years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on developing new business and managing client relationships.

Previously, Cassie was the Sales Development Manager at Hot Dog Marketing, LLC, where they developed and implemented a growth marketing assessment program that converted 100% of program participants to new agency clients. Cassie also led all new business efforts, including the initial prospect intake interviews, scheduling exploratory consultations with executive team, scoping out and preparing contract proposals, and presenting recommended partnership options to business owners and C-Suite leaders.

Before Hot Dog Marketing, Cassie was the Creative Team Lead at American Campus Communities. In this role, they managed a team of creatives and oversaw all creative projects from start to finish. Cassie also worked closely with clients to ensure that their needs were being met and that they were happy with the final product.

Cassie has a proven track record of developing successful sales and marketing initiatives that drive results. Cassie is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions that achieve objectives. their experience managing teams and clients makes their an asset to any organization.

Cassie Hampton has an Associate of Arts from Austin Community College in Graphic Design and a Hospitality - Meeting and Event Management degree from Collin College. Cassie is also certified in Inbound Sales, Inbound Marketing, and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy.

They work with Leila Buehler - SMB - Customer Success Manager, Emily Hildebrand - Mid Market - Customer Success Manager, and Patrick Stoudt - Director of Strategic Accounts. Cassie Hampton reports to Gretchen Lynn, VP of Customer Experience.
