Jordan Alexander

Jordan Alexander has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Employee Agent at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance for a year and a half. In 2011, they joined Frontier Communications, where they progressively moved up the ranks from Sales and Service Team Lead to Supervisor roles, handling executive consumer relations and overseeing office operations. In 2018, they transitioned to Costa Sunglasses as Manager, leading customer experience and consumer care before joining Skar Audio later that year. At Skar Audio, they held various leadership positions, including Customer Service Manager, Vice President of Customer Service, and ultimately Senior Vice President of Operations. Currently, Jordan works as a Strategic Account Executive at Lev.

Jordan Alexander obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, which was completed from 2005 to 2009. Currently, Jordan is enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce, pursuing a degree as a Mountaineer, with expected completion date unknown.
