Nick Bay

Nick Bay has a diverse work experience in email marketing and operations. Nick started their career at Xcel Energy as an Email Marketing Assistant, where they were responsible for creating email communications, developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and analyzing campaign performance. Nick then worked as an Email Campaign Specialist at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions. After that, they joined Aimco Apartment Homes as an Email Marketing Analyst and later became an Email Marketing Manager, overseeing the email program, designing compelling messages, and building marketing automation. Nick then worked as an Email Operations Specialist at Ascent360 before joining Lev as a Senior Technical Producer and Email Developer.

Nick Bay earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver, attending from 2009 to 2013. Nick also has a few additional certifications, including being a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, which they obtained in February 2023. Nick also holds a certification as a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, obtained in October 2021. Additionally, Nick obtained the IBM Watson Campaign Automation 2018-2019 - Technical Specialist certification from IBM/Acoustic in September 2019.
